Whats the difference between a Direct Debit and a Class pack?

  • Discount when booking multiple classes

  • Direct debits keep going until you email to pause or cancel (2 weeks notice before next payment debit required)

  • Upgrade or Downgrade how many classes you want to do at the beginning of new 10 wk term.

class pack

  • Upfront payment of total amount of classes debited from your account at time of purchase

  • Book into any amount of classes per week. eg. if you want to do 10 classes in one week you can! or 2 one week and 3 the next? You Can!

  • Classes packs expire 3 months from date of purchase

How do catch up classes work?

If you are unable to make your booked in class we ask that you cancel your booking in that class 12 hours in advance of the class starting. By doing this it allows us to inform our teachers of students attending and also know whether the class will run or not (if everyone cancels there will be no one to teach!). We respect every single persons time including our team and our students so we want to make it fair to everyone.

To cancel simply login to your account through the website or Vagaro app, find the class you are scheduled into and hit cancel or reschedule. By doing this the booking system will acknowledge you won't be there and add that class credit back to your account to then use at a later date.

Simply choose another class or time which suits you and book in the usual way online.

We understand that serious issues come up in life and want to provide the best experience for all so if you have a very extraordinary issue in which you were not able to cancel within the 12 hour period please speak to any of our team and we will do our very best to help in any way we can.

Please note any un-used class credits on a direct debit package do not roll over to the next billing cycle so make sure you use up those credits in time.

Do I have to book into the same class day/time every week?

Not at all! We want to provide you with the most flexible experience we can so we have designed our booking system and class schedule to allow you to pick and choose which classes you wish to attend.

This makes it perfect for those who have ever changing schedules!

Please remember however that each week in most classes you will learn a routine and will progress bit by bit learning it each week. If you miss too many weeks you may fall behind in learning the tricks and choreography.

But what if I DO want to do the same class every week and don't want to book in individually?

We also want to cater for those who like to commit to a time and day and not have to think about it any more after they book in once. E.g I want to show up every Monday at 6:20pm and not have to think or book it again

This option is only available for those on a class pack. Direct debit packages can only be booked 2 weeks ahead once payment has come out of your account for that cycle.

I am going on Holiday can I put my Direct Debit on hold?

You sure can! No longer do you have to forfeit classes you have paid for or not book into a full term because you have booked a holiday.

If you know you will be away for 2 weeks or longer and you would like to freeze/put your membership auto payments on hold you can email us at info@bohemiadance.com.au 2 weeks before you go away to request payments to be put on hold for up to 4 weeks.

Classes/weekly payments will then resume once your freeze time period has ended and will resume as normal.
